HPL3000 is an automated test system series for identifying the performance of LEDs by measuring the optical and electrical properties. It is compliance with the CIE Technical Report for Measurement of LEDs (CIE 127-1997) and suitable for different colors of LEDs. Designed with advanced microprocessor, A/D converter, spectrometer and precision optical components, it offers accurate, stable and high-speed optical spectral and electrical measurements.
