Electrical Metallic Tubing - EMT, an un threaded thin-wall raceway of circular cross-section designed for the phycical protection and routing of conductors and eables for use as an equipment grounding conductor when installed utilizing appropriate fitting.
Material of EMT conduit
EMT conduit is made from high-grade rolled steel, and the surface is coated with a clear zinc chromate. The coating helps prevent corrosion in outdoor installations or harsh climatic conditions. We have our own galvanized steel coils factury.Our EMT conduit excellent ductility provides easy bending,cutting and joining.
EMT conduit is manufactured in standard 10-foot lengths. Depending on the application and the number and gauge of wires to be pulled, EMT is available in sizes ranging from 1/2 inch up to 4 inches.
Our HDG EMT conduit size from 1/2" to 2" have UL and CUL certificate,listted NO. is E314491.
We also manufactured PG EMT conduit,wall thickness and length accroding to client's requirement.

Interior of the EMT conduit
The interior of the EMT conduit is zinc-coated to help prevent corrosion as well as metal-to-metal contact. All seams are smoothly welded, and the interior is free of any defects or rough surfaces. This allows for easy and continuous wire pulling.
Applications
EMT conduit is approved for installation in both indoor and outdoor environments. The pipe can be left exposed or concealed within a wall or other structure. EMT conduit is also approved for hazardous locations and all types of climatic conditions.
