Our
injection ferrite mainly adopts strontium ferrite particles and polymer
materials mixed to get high performance
ferrite permanent magnet
products by injection molding with the characteristics as follows:
1. It can carry out one-shot moulding of complicated forms
2.It has so good oxidation resistance not to do anti-corrosion treatment
3 Both axial and radial direction can greatly improve the magnetic performance
4 We can make the motor core , nesting (rotor, stator) with the magnet into the whole.
