Set the channel selection swithch on the side of your transmitter to the channel decided upon in step 2,above. 4. Connect the 3.5mm headphone plug on the cable attached to your Song Bird transmitter to the headphone or line-out jack on your Mp3 player or other audio source. 5. Set the volume adjustment on your MP3 player or other audio source to a medium level. 6. Press the power button on your Song Bird transmitter when using battery.if you use EXT.DC,just plug in DC jack and not press the power model button,if you press power button,the unit will transfer to battery supply model.The power indicator LED light on the Song Bird transmitter will indicate that the power is on. 7. Adjust the volnme control of your FM radio to the desired listening level. 8. Low current rechargeable circuit are built in,the unit can charge the rechargeable batteries while working when you using the EXT.DC. For best results: Try to keep the Song Bird transmitter close to the antenna of your FM radio. While the transmitter often works at distance of 30feet or more,a distance of 10 feet or less will minimize interference and provide the strongest signal. Keep fresh batteries in the Song Bird transmitter.When the batteries become very low ,the transmission strength will weaken,the frequency LED shut down indicated that the power is out,please change the new batteries or use the EXT.DC power supply.
