The series lines are applied of the international most advanced upward oscillating take-off type, and the oscillating angle is adjustable. The line speed of film is constant. The structure of the line is scientific and reasonable. The line is energy-saving and easy to maintain. By means of adopting the method of upward oscillating take-off, has resolved thoroughly a series of difficult problems such as too long runner of rotating die、difficult sealing of the melt、easy leakage、unsymmetrical heating、difficult maintenance、big thickness tolerance of film etc. And by this way not only simplifies the structure of die, but also make the folds occurred when the film passes through the herringbone board to achieve the function of flattening and stretching during the course of haul-off and oscillating by the angle change among many rollers, thus improves greatly the winding and printing quality of film.

The series line is mainly used to produce the three layer compound packing film by combining many kinds of raw materials such as LDPE、LLDPE、EVA etc., for instance fresh-keeping film、self-sticking film、liquid packing film and so on. To change the corresponding parts as extruder、die etc. can produce two layer、mono-layer packing film.
