Product instruction:
The polyolefin toughener is the special auxiliary which use distortion theory design to enhance the toughness of rigid polyolefin polymer, its operation principle as follows:
It enters into the polymer melt evenly and quickly in machining process with the aid of it owned fluidity and the dispersivity. Because of the special structure of molecular of this auxiliary, it can both produce the coadjacent function with the molecule of polymer and keep maintaining its molecular flexibility of polymer after machining finished. Consequently the polymer molecule have the well flexible distortion ability due to connect with this auxiliary, and causes the final product enhance its pliability base on original rigid --- pliability.
 
Because of Because of the special structure of molecular of this auxiliary, it enables to substitute the isometric CPE completely in the polyolefin polymer machining process, and can reduce the amount of use of ACR and so on.
Main Application:
The polyolefin toughener is suitable for the general products of polyolefin to enhance pliability, especially suitable for the rigid products of polyolefin as molding material, plastic products,the buckle board, the tubing, and so on.
Usage
When the polyolefin toughener uses in the powdery resin machining process, put it in powdery resin in the knead together process; When uses in the granular resin or the crystalline resin machining process, then it must mix with auxiliary first to make the plasticizing original grain, then uses it in the kneads together process directly.
Generally dosage and notice:
The polyolefin toughener usual amount used is 2-8. This product itself has the outstanding in lubricating ability, therefore generally in the substitution use, should reduce after due consideration in its formula in lubricant.
