INFINITY CORRECTED OBJECTIVE

   Infinity Corrected Objective with MZ System

  • High resolution, high magnification. 5X, 10X, 20X and 50X infinity corrected objective are available.

  • The objective are designed for Metallurgical Microscope, Zoom Tube, or a measurement system. If connected with 0.7X~4.5X MZ zoom microscope, the maximum optical magnification can reach 450X, and the comprehensive magnification can reach 27,000X.
  • The long working distance is more convenient for examining and operating under various conditions.

  • They are widely applied to inspection and measurement in metallurgical, semiconductor, biological applications.
