Function and use
1. EPE foam sheet is with soft quality, good flexibility, which is suitable for packing of fuiniture, electric equipment, glass, ceramic products, accurate electronic insrument, measuring appliance, handware, mechanical components as well as packing and inner support of shoes and caps. After laminating and thickening, it can be used for big volume electric appliance and the internal heat of suitcase, anti-moisture of wooden floor, heat preservation of reefer, sports mattresses, etc.
2.The whole machine adjusts speed with frequency, the section of screw extrusion can reduce 10-20% energy consumption and manufacturing cost after energy-saving and heating treatment.
3.The section of screw foam adopts inner and water cooling method in order to ensure stable temperature and good quality EPE foam products.
4.Be able to produce kinds of specification of EPE sheet, and foam pipe, foam bar and foam net can be produced by changingg extrusion forming mould and tractor.
