The RT3610 Handheld single phase energy meter test instrument is a kind of portable multi-function instrument used in the on-site calibration of AC single phase watt-hour meter. The RT3610 portable meter test instrument is equipped with precision clamp current transformer to perform on-site calibration of watt-hour meter without having to dismount the energy meter or cut off power source and measure the voltage,current,power and power factor.
