Performance & Features
1. Pale green powder, tasteless, dissolvable in paraffin, fat, olefin and most organic solvents. Its spectrum can absorb the maximum wavelength of 375nm with the maximum transmitted length of 435nm(in ethanol).
2. Good brightening effects and weathering resistance requires a small quantity but can be widely used
Application Scope
OB is widely used in the brightening of thermoplastics as PVC, PE, PP, PS, ABS, PMMA, POM and thermosetting plastic, polyester fiber, paint, ink and coating.
Usage Mode (compared to the weight of plastic raw material)
Polyvinyl chloride brightening: 0.01~0.05% increase radiance: 0.0001~0.001%
Polystyrene 0.0001~0.05% ABS: 0.01~0.05%
Polyolefin colorless matrix: 0.0005~0.001% white matrix: 0.005~0.05%
Packing & Storage
Packed in 25kg×1 tanks, 5kg×2 paper boxes or 1kg(iron cases)×12 paper boxes at cool and dry places to be protected from light.

Performance & Features
1. Of high brightening intensity and strong fluorescence.
2. Of wide usage in brightening polyester, nylon fiber and all kinds of plastics.
3. Carries good resistance to high temperature.
Application Scope
1. Goes for the brightening of such chemical fibers of polyester, nylon and polyprolylene.
2. Goes for the whitening and brightening of polypropylene plastic, hard PVC, ABS, EVA, polystyrene, polycarbonate, etc.
3. Applicable to be added in the general polymerizations of polyester and nylon.
Usage Mode
Recommended quantity: brightening agents of OB-1 in every 1000kg raw material:
1. Of 75~200g in EVA, polyprolylene, nylon, polycarbonate, and so on.
2.Of 75~300g in terylene fiber.
