5-320Ton E.O.T Crane:
1)Our 5-320ton E.O.T Crane has following main features:
·A middle-rail box girder or a bias-rail box girder is adopted for the bridge frame.CO2 gas-shielded welding and automatic submerged arc welding are used.
·The piece parts are standarduzed, seriated and interchangeable.
·The wide-view drivers cab is equipped with a intergrated console, which is flexible and comfortable to operate.
·The high-speed transmission shaft and coupling of all the mechanisms of the crane are equipped with safety protection cover, and the E.O.T crane is equipped with a maintenance cage.
·A slanting ladder is installed between the drivers cab and the footwalk for the convenience of operation and maintenance. At the customers request. The following two devices can be added to the crane, namely, the power supply , maintenance platform and the crane contact comductor protection frame.
·The product is widelt used to load, unload and transport various types of common goods. In addition, it can be used in combination with other special lifting devices to carry out some special operations.
2)The usage of the E.O.T Crane:
This type of crane can be used in working shop, assembling workshop, metal structure workshop, maintenance workshop, all kinds of storage and other site. It can be also usedas subsidiary lifting machine in metallurgic workshop and casting workshop. It can be used in similar open site after the design is improved according to the anti-windand anti-rain requirement. Then power supply used by this series of crane is three phase 380V, 50HZ, ambient temperature is -20+40, relative humidity≤85%, height above sea-leavel ≤1000m. 3)The Classification of the E.O.T Crane
·The standard lifting capacity and span of this series of crane are followings: 5t, 10t, 16/3.2t, 20/5t, 32/5t, 50/10t, 75/20t, 100/20t, 125/32t, 160/50t, 200/50t, 250/50t, 320/50t etc;span: 10.5m, 13.5(13)m, 16.5(16)m, 19.5(19)m, 22.5(22)m, 25.5(25)m, 28.5(28)m, 31.5(31)m, etc.
·Crane of middle class(A5): cyclic duration factor of motor JC=25%. This type of crane is used in site of low using frequency, such as working shop or assembling workshop,etc.
·Crane of heavy class (A6): cyclic duration factor of motor is JC=40%. This type of crane is used in site of heigher usingfrequency , such as metallurgic shop or casting workshop, etc.
