Application Scope
mainly be used in whitening of polyester fabric and it’s blends with strong fluorescence, high whitening performance, good fastness to light, wash and excellent fastness to sublimation.
Usage Mode
1.Pad-thermos fixing process
CPS :0.5-4g/L l (should be adjusted according to the sample testing), procedure: pad(two dips and two squeezes, residual liquor content 70%)-->dry(100degree centigrade ) -->cure(180-200degree centigrade , 20-30s)
Attention:
(1) the goods must be rinsed thoroughly after pretreatment to ensure the PH below 8
(2) the PH of the pad liquor should be adjusted to 4-5 with acetic acid
2.HT exhausting process
CPS:0.05-0.4%(o.w.f.) liquor ratio:1:10-30
Treating temperature:100-130 treating time:30-60min
PH:4-10(4-7 is specially recommended)

Applications:
Mainly used as brightener of polyamide, cellulose fiber and polyamide/cellulose blends
Process:
A. Exhausting process:
1. CPN 0.4-0.5% (O.W.F.)
2. Liquor ration: 1:5-20
3. pH: approx. 5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
4. Treating temperature: 70-1100C
5. Polyamide 66
6. Treating time: 30min
B. Continuous process:
1. Thermos process: padding (CPN 5.0-40g/L) - drying - thermos fixing (1900C, 20s for polyamide 6 or 2000C, 20s for polyamide 66)
2. Pad-steam process: (CPN 1.0-40g/L) - 3~5min treating saturated steam (102) - rinsing
