This machine is design for the assemblage of aluminum/copper radiators. It has main clinch and side clinch two operation site in one machine. This machine can clinch most kinks of current tank. The machine is of high automation and can change tank easily in short time.Touch screen as HMI is used, and the man-machine interface works well. It can stock the clinch formulation of 101 types of radiator (202 types of plastic tank). PLC and AC servo control system control clamping, clinching, folding and moving automatically.
