Usage:
      Flaky nitrocellulose is mainly used in industry of nitryl lacquer, dope, leather-tanning,printing, moisture-proof glass paper and bond etc.
Main charcaterise:
       1.organic volatile.
       2.No alcoholism, no reaction with PU.
       3.100% solid ingredient .
       4.80% Nitrocellulose component.
       5.Lowest moisture rate, higher brightness
       6.Used in wooden dope, printing ink, and be added during previous emulsification in moisture PU.
Packing :
       1.Flaky nitrocellulose is packed in galvanized steel barrel (208 litres) lined with polythene film bag according to DOT-17H. Net weight is 100-120kg for per barrel.
       2.Flaky nitrocellulose may be also packed in composite fibreboard drum (470×770mm) lined with polythene film bag. Net weight is 40-50kg for per barrel.
Notice in Storage and Transportation:
       1.Nitrocellulose should be stored and transported according to the state regulations of shipping and storing dangerous goods.
       2.The package of nitrocellulose should be handle carefully and avoid to impact irom articles. Put them in the open air or under direct sunlight is forbidden. Transport by truck without canvas cover is forbidden.
       3.Nitrocellulose shouldn’t be transported and stored together with acid, alkali, oxidant, reductant, and inflammables, explosive substance and igniter during the course of transportation and storage.
       4.This package of this production should be plied in order in the special storehouse which must be cool, ventilated, fire prevented and no tinder near it.
       5.Fire extinguishing agent: water.
