The developed ball fiber machine can be used with polyester fiber that the specification is 3diamensional hollow conjugated siliconized polyester fiber shorter than 100mm.

According to the polyester fiber quality and specification that the finished fiber ball size can be different.

There is one automatic fiber conveyer assembled in front of the machine which sends the raw material into the rollers automatically.

Put raw material onto the belt continuously and adjust the fiber ball producing time around 10 to 15 seconds. After the ball fiber finished it will be put out of the machine automatically and transported to the ball fiber blending hopper automatically by a mini fiber transporter. There are 2 pillow blowers can be assembled according to the ball fiber processing capacity to fill pillows.

Overload protection, no shake and low noisy.

The whole set can be handled by 1operator for fiber conveyer and 2 operators for the 2 pillow blowers separately.
