Chopped strand mats are designed with proprietary size that gives fast wet-out, wet-through and soluble in styrene with compatibility to polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy. Both powder and emulsion bond mats are available.

Chopped Strand Mat (M11P) - Powder Bound

M11P chopped strand mat consists of fine E-glass strands held by powder binder. The mat superior chemical and water resistance and is suitable for use with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins.

Chopped Strand Mat (M11E) - Emulsion Bound

M11E chopped strand mat consists of fine E-glass strands held by emulsion binder. The mat is compatible with both polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins that offer faster wet-out for general purpose reinforcement.
