DW-75 is a drip-pilling machine working on polyvinyl alcohol as base medium and methyl silica oil as freezing medium. The machine consists of a main frame (drip-pilling system) and a servo (freezing system), controlled by PLC for the whole process with totally tight design and meets the needs of GMP.

 

The machine is suitable for pharmaceutical enterprises for batch process.
Pressure valve will be open to fill the gas into the medicine compartment in order to meet the set standard intensity of pressure at the mouth of the dripper and then the gas valve closes.

When there is a overpressure, the gas decreasing pressure valve will be open to make the intensity of pressure and the mouth of the dripper meet the set standard, meanwhile, separately inspecting the heating medium, freezing medium and the liquid medicine temperature.

When the temperature is below the set standard, the relevant parts of the machine will be operated, such as heaters and heat energy exchanging machine.

When the entire environment is under the set standard, the dripper will be open and the liquid medicine will flow out and then form the dripping-freezing medium and become ball-shaped pills after freezing. These pills will be carried out of the freezing compartment by the circling freezing medium. During the processing of dripping the decent of the surface the intensity of pressure at the dripper's mouth will decrease accordingly, and the controlling system will automatically fill gas into the medicine compartment to keep the constant pressure in it. During the processing, the temperature changing at every detecting point will currently and precisely feed back to the controlling system, thus, to assure of the dripper completed under the constant temperature and pressure.

The machine's working principle is the sane as filling the liquid medicine through the medicine filling mouth by selecting the automatic model of controlling system; setting up the max temperature of the heating medium through the touching screen including the dripping temperature of the liquid medicine and the working temperature of the freezing medium, etc. By pressing the keys the machine operates. Automatically, the controlling system will firstly inspect the height of the surface of the surface of the liquid medicine and the intensity of pressure at the mouth of the dripper, and when the intensity of pressure is below the set standard, the gas-increasing.
