Suitable for fast cutting of hard fragile non-metal material such as marble concrete fire brick ceramic and other types of hard material.The sintered segemented diamond saw blade could be directly used without adding water to cool down the operation.It requires sufficient airflow around the blade in order to present overheating of the steel core.When using the sintered segmented diamond saw blade ,intermittent cuts of the material along with periods of free spinning for about 10 to 15 seconds may maximize the cooling process the cutting depth of the sintered segmented diamond saw blade should be less than 50mm .Wet cutting will be  better.
