KYDH204SD-23 series disk separators are mainly made up od inlet and outlet mechanism,drum,machine cover,vertical shagt, horizontal shaft,made base , hydraulic system, etm.
the unfiltered matetials (mixed liquid) are transmitted to the heart parts of this machine (the inside of the drum),under the actions of strong centrifugal force, the material will pass through the intervals of a group of disk piece bundles, the liquid with higher demsity (heavy phase ) will move outeard the neutral hole along the disk piece, floeing to the large centripetal pump. thr heavy residuces will be accumulatedin the sediment area, waiting for discharge out of machina, the liquid with lower density (light phase)will move inward and upward along the disk piese wall and gather in he small centripetal pump, the heavy phase and light phase are outputted by the large centripetal pump and small centripetal pump respectively
