Paper feeding section

The paper-kicking plate is made of aluminum alloy, which is featured with light weight and wearing endurance. There is set a pneumatic paper-stacking device on rear shutter. Electrical adjustment of side shutter, manual adjustment of front shutter for 3, 5, 7 Layer corrugated paper as well independent clearance adjustment.
Nylon brush is used to remove dirt, tiny paper and contamination from printing side to improve quality. Interval paper feeding device provides the option of both consecutive and interval feeding.
Printing section
The printing rollers are grinded and plated with chrome, fast and easy to hang templates. Step pedal is sued to control the side of printing plate when in mounting and dismounting. The printing image positioning unit is equipped with magnetic clutch braking mechanism which will brake machine running and maintain gear position.
Electrical planetary adjustment in printing section, data displayed. Position adjustment in horizontal direction by 20mm. The advanced technology of solar gears from overseas is used to adjust clearance, which is applicable on 3, 5, and 7 layer corrugated paper.
Grooving section
Electrical integrated adjustment, one-stop process of grooving and trace pressing.
Electrical adjustment of box height, data displayed.
Electrical image positioning, data displayed.
The option of attaching hand-hole punching is provided.
