CT series permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator is a wet weak magnetic separator with high magnetic field.At present it is the most efficient ore dressing plant to separate the ferromagnetic minerals.It can provent the finished product from the secondary contamination because of the washing device adopted in processing. The magnetic field strength can be transferd to “middle magnetic field” (150Mt---400mT) according torequirement of in-situ mineral spec.and separation technology. The magnetic drum can be designed double drums or three drums.

 

Application:
used for rough concentration at first stage.to reject qualified tailings.to increase the recovery rate and to reduce the load of grinding mill in second stage;

used for magnetite cleaning, can increase the concentrate grade and the recovery rate

used for pre-high magnetic separation,to remove the ferro-magnetic minerals from the feeding in case of the magnetism broken

used for recovery of the dense medium in a coal preparation plant.
