Extra-wide aluminum sheets and coils
Our plant features some of China's strongest, most advanced aluminum-processing equipment. We have 12 continuous casting and rolling production lines, six of which produce aluminum sheets and coils with widths of up to 1,950mm. We also have three cold rolling production lines, two bend straightening machines, cleaning machines and six flying shears, one of which we designed in-house for especially thick sheets. These can cut aluminum 1.5 times faster than normal shears.

Doubled in size
We have just built 150,000-square-meter process and production lines. These have doubled our facility's total area to 300,000 square meters and increased our output from 150,000 tons per year to 250,000 tons per year. Our new lines include a hot rolling mill, two cold rolling mills and one foil rolling mill. We also have added 500 new employees to operate the new equipment. This large increase in production capacity allows us to better serve our clients with large volume orders as well as accommodate new customers.
