Truck-mounted Line Concrete Pump (ZLJ5110THB)
ZLJ series truck-mounted line concrete pump is a high-performance product. It can pump highly at long-distance as the concrete pump, and also owns characteristics of flexible and high-efficiency as truck-mounted concrete pump. This low-cost but high output device can be widely applied to the project construction of buildings, bridges, tunnels, harbors and docks.
I Hydraulic system
1. The vehicle adopts double-pump double-circuit open hydraulic system, the main pump oil circuit and S valve swinging oil circuit are independently, this simples the system, prolong the service life of components, gain higher reliability and is convenient for checking and solving faults.
2. For switching needs of the pumping circuit, the pilot operated directional valve with external control pressure-reduced effectively avoids shock during switching; the result is a steady and reliable system.
3. Pumping circuit is protected by a relief valve; moreover the oil pressure of the main oil pump can be shut off automatically when system is overpressure, so the main hydraulic pump can acquire multistage reliable protection at on time.
4. The switching circuit driven by the constant pressure pump can realize big switching strength and energy-saving at the same time.
5. All pipes are cone sealed; it can ensure high reliability on sealing of tube connections.
6. The adoption of high and low voltage reverse valve avoids troubles of pipe dismantling and oil filling.
II Electrical control system
The outstanding characteristic of the electrical control system is simple, reliable and advanced in technology.
1. 90% of the electrical components are original imported from Japanese companies such as OMRON and MITSUBISHI, thus ensure the reliability of the components.
2. Compared with the similar products in domestic, the electrical system is the simplest, the number of components is the least, and the reliability is the highest.
3. Equipped with wired remote controller, which is convenient for long-distance operation.
4. The adoption of the proximity switches can realize contactless direction changeover reliably.
III Mechanical (mixing) distribution valve system
1. The design for key parts of hoppers, S valve and etc. adopts I-DEAS program to finite element calculate its load condition, calculate construction rigidity and stress concentration. The optimized hopper and S valve system can effectively avoid the following phenomena like hopper distortion and shaft break of S valve during conveying under high pressure.
2. The mixing mechanism is particularly designed that hydraulic motor is completely separated from bearing seat, thus the motor will not be influenced in case of sealing failure. Meanwhile, large capacity motor is equipped to ensure that the mixing moment is enough, and normal mixing would not be disturbed even when materials are in bad conditions.
3. Wear parts like glass plate and cutting ring etc. have long service life up to 20000 m3.
IV Power system
Original imported DEUTZ diesel engine is excellent in performance and own high reliability.
V Lubrication system
It adopts patented central automatic lubrication system; the pressure filter at the outlet guarantees the reliability of the system.
VI Cooling system
Compulsory air-cooled heat exchanger keeps the operating temperature of hydraulic system below 60℃, which ensures the whole hydraulic system work under normal condition.
VII Cleaning mechanism
Cleaning machine is equipped for the convenience of maintenance and cleaning.
VIII Chassis
second class chassis such as EQ1108G6DJ15 (ChinaⅡ) and EQ1126KJ1(China III)are adopted. They are flat head with double berth steering room, 4×2drive, equipped with Cummins engine. The chassis featured mature, reliable, powerful, economical and well performance.
