Characteristic

• High capacity owning to that new tower design may reduce diameter while revamping old towers may increase capacity significantly.
• High separation efficiency owing to much large specific surface area compared to random packing.
• Low pressure drop which leads to reduction of energy consumption largely.

Application

　　1.Rectify absorption of corrosion mixture which has certain requirement of pressure drop and number of theoretical plate;
　　2.Vacuum operation with the absolute pressure is above 100Pa;
　　3.Rectify of halide organic compound;
　　4.Used as heat exchanger, mist eliminator or catalyst carrier and so on;
　　5.Be applied to the reconstruction of large-scale tower because it reduces the carrying capacity.

Tips: X = 30° (Corrugated Angle of Inclination), Y = 45° (Corrugated Angle of Inclination). The number front of X/Y means the packing’s specific surface area （m²/m³）.
