Specifications

The machine applies advanced technology and good-looking design, either of 2 oil cylinders is fixed on the left and right wall separately. The scientific & mechanical structure, with enough rigidity, is designed for the whole machine.
The type of electro-hydraulic servo synchronization is applied to ensure oil cylinder synchronous, so it has good synchronous performance, strong anti-deflective-load capacity, easy for debugging. 2 oil cylinders stroke, Y1 and Y2, can be controlled individually，detecting the slider displacement by raster ruler, with high synchronous precision
The CNC system is DA Series, DA-65W，DA-56，DA-53, of Netherlands Delem company.
Hydraulic cylinder automatic compensation or tilted wedge deflection automatic compensation mechanism is applied for the worktable deflection compensation (V axis), oil cylinder pressure and tilted wedge moving distance is controlled by CNC, to protrude the middle of table board for compensation of the deflection. This machine is accurate compensated，high-precision bending.
Hydraulic valve group is BOSCH-RE×ROTH, the special matched for CNC. raster ruler is made in Heidenhain, Germany. The sealing parts of oil cylinder and other main electrical elements are imported.

CNC X axis is equipped for the back blocking material of normal machine. It is driven by AC servo motor, transmit components are for the sub-ball-screw-drive and sub-linear-guide-rail.
