Working Principle The heated and purified air is sucked into the container where it fluidizes through screen plate under the action of stirring and negative pressure. Moisture in the materials will vapour rapikly when the vapoured moisture is discharged through the exhaust pipe.
Main Characteristics： The matter container is sealed with pneumatic bag with advantage of convenient, quick and reliable operation. 1 The container contains a stirring unit inside with which the materials have better-fluidization without dead area so that drying is even and quick. 2 Tippling unloading is used so that it operates quickly and conveniently. 3 Drying is quick with 20 to 30 minutes per lot. 4 Adopt butterfly closue head featuring small wind age and no dead area. Operationis carried out under sealing condition without any pollution so that it meets re- quirements of GMP.
