INTERLOCK KNITTING MACHINE

 

  It is a versatile machine which can improve the production efficiency greatly.

The needles are arranged to produce cotton interlock, fine rib and a variety of rib structure based fabrics.

This machine can be equipped with 2 tracks of cams on dial and cylinder, or 2 tracks of cams on dial and 4 tracks on cylinder optionally. Fabrics like plain, plaid, pique and vertical stripes can be knitted. Meanwhile, the lycra feeding unit can be equipped on the machine optionally, or spare cylinder (36G-42G) at extra cost, so that high quality elastic interlock or rib texture based fabrics can be produced.

 

RIB KNITTING MACHINE

This machine has similar structure and works on the same principle with interlock knitting machine. It is greatly demanded and competitive in the market. The  knitting includes 1+1rib, 2+2rib, drop-needle rib, meanwhile the cams and needles are arranged to produce a variety of interlock based fabric like gas-layer, twill, pique, tuck jacquard etc.
