High performance: RGM grouting materials are of the second generation product; the secondary grouting for equipment installation ensures no crack occurred.
Early high strength: The strength after one day is up to over 50MPa, and operation and production is available only one day after accomplishment of the equipment installation.
Fluid-state: The grouting material can be directly poured in the equipment foundation after extended with water and mixed on site, to fill all cracks of the foundation without need for vibrating.
Micro expansion: It ensures close contact between equipment and foundation.
Anti oil-seepage: 30 days after soaked in engine oil, the strength will increase by above 10% than that of before soaking.
Heat resistance: The primary grouting for equipment or ground is available under the normal temperature or high temperature environment less than 600℃.
Durability: No obvious change occurring in the strength after two million times of fatigue tests and fifty freezing-thawing cycle tests.

Construction is carried out with reference to relevant regulations in the “Technical Specification for Construction of Cement-based Grouting Material” (YB/T9261-98).

During construction, only water is extended in grouting material and mixed evenly by hand mixing for 3~5 minutes and 2 minutes by mechanical mixing. No other material is permitted to extend. Refer to the water consumption recommended in the “Quality Certificate".
