MF induction forging furnace features:
1.Frequency range from 1KHZ-20KHZ, can be designed appropriate frequency according to the diameter of the specific heat of the workpiece. Design the induction coil
and a capacitor to be different frequencies, different materials to adapt to heat. E.g: heating the thin rods (small material), the higher frequency heating, to achieve high
heating efficiency; heating the thick rods (big material), the lower frequency need, ensuring the heating penetrating.
2.Induction coil length rang from 500mm to 1 meter, the quantity of heating material can be up to 5-10 pieces at the same time to make sure the penetrating effect. Different coils can be easily changed depends on the different rods.
3. In the continuous heating process, the load inside the coil is stable, to overcome the great heating power change caused by the great change of the load during the heating course from cool to 1100℃, the actual power can reach more than 85% of the rated power of the machine.
4.Pneumatic rod feeding system is applied, the heating power and the feeding speed are adjusted to send the rod out continuously step by step. It is very convenient to
operation.
5.Compared with SCR MF furnace, the MF induction forging furnace has small size, easy maintenance, and energy saving about 15-20%.

Usually, the small machine delivery time is within 7 days, the bigger one takes about 15days receiving the payment, we will delivery goods on time.
