This is a super-heavy loom designed for weaving special web, especially for thick and heavy filter screen, filter sieve, sludge dewatering screen, etc.

Main constructions:

1. Framework: the main wallboard adopts iron box structure; the complete machine is combined with fissions.

2. Main drive: adopting bilateral motor two-sided coaxial drive; double pneumatic clutch.

3. Weft insertion mechanism: adopting picking stick pneumatic shooting-in; automatic weft holding; pneumatic shuttle checking.

4. Shedding mechanism: adopting bilateral broad knife blade side-drawing dobby device, eight heald frames.

5. Beating-up mechanism: adopting multi-fissions crank four-linkage weft beating. Crankshaft has variable speed device drive.

6. Take-up mechanism: adopting electronic control three-roller positive take-up.

7. Let-off mechanism: adopting electronic control positive let-off (double warp beam, flange-separating warping).

8. Web-rolling mechanism: adopting external central web rolling driven by air cylinder.

9. Lubricating system: The main wallboard box is lubricated with oil bath and the others with automatic centralized grease lubrication.

10.  Control system: With PLC computer control system, the complete machine can freely set up various parameters and automatically display faults.
