Directions of using the BOPP Lamination film:

1) It can be used for laminating at the temperature range of 90C~105C, and the final result will diverse with different paper and machines.

2) About 70% of the max-adhesive strength can be achieved at once and the max-adhesive strength can be reached after a week.

3) If creasing is needed, it is advisable to experiment with a few films so as to ensure the effects. Our research has shown that waiting 24 hours after laminating will improve the bond and should make it easier to emboss and die cut. 

 4) The max-adhesive strength should be decided before using, and the effects will diverse with different printing oil.

5) We suggest the users wait for the complete dryness of the oil in order to avoid delaminating.

6) Because when heated, the adhesive melts to a tacky condition, it is not advisable to place it in a high temperature or place it horizontally.
