Adapting incorporates channel bundling technique, D3 series has as much as 16 QAM downstream channels with 1.1Gbps data rate and 4 QPSK/QAM upstream channels with a maximum of 160Mbps data rate. D3 downstream channel can be flexibly configured to data channel or IPQAM channel. The data interfaces include not only 1000Mbps port (RJ45), but also 1000Mbps SFP. In addition, it has three layer routing function and perfect QoS mechanism which enables them to be adapted to various environments and different strategies of operators.
Due to the high bandwidth of D3 and its perfect QoS, D3 CMTS are quite suitable for transmission on IPTV or VOD video service . What's more, the extremely low price can greatly reduce the cost of operators so that they can achieve extra value to their inherent HFC network.
There are three ways to manage D3. the first one is to login on the machine through the Telnet, then use the command line (CIL) to assign configuration management; the second one is remote login to the equipment through Web. The last one is the network management software based on QAM protocol.
D3 series are compatible with DOCSIS1.0/1.1/2.0/3.0 standard Cable Modem.
JH-HE3416 is a 19 inch 1U chassis CMTS which is specifically designed for deployment in the front end . When broadband user number is not much, this deployment will expand the coverage area. Its design of completely independent upstream channel avoids the mixture of noise and is available to decrease the noise by 8dB. JH-HE3416 owns large screen panel so that display of the configuration parameter, equipment operation state, uplink spectrum analysis and other information can be intuitive and real-time..
