1,      Application

LV series high-temperature air-lock valve is an exclusive rotary air-lock valve designed to block the high-temperature processed air on the basis of the fixed and variable rotary feed machine and it is a new generation of high-tech feed equipment redesigned and improved by our company through introducing and assimilating the advanced technology of the similar foreign products. In addition to own all the functions of the rotary feed machine valve, it also has the priorities of air locking and blocking function for high-temperature air, with which can effectively handle the feed pressure problem. LV series high-temperature air lock valve can be used to transport the nonstick, non-corrosive dry powder or small uniform granular material to those holding devices on various occasions with a temperature less than 550Co.

 

2,      Working Principle and Structure Features

     The chain-wheel of LV series high-temperature air-lock valve is directed motor-drive to achieve a uniform feed and air lock, i.e. feeding without leaking. The compact valve structure is easy operating, stable functioning and highly reliable with low noise rate. The radial clearance between the chain-wheel fans and the cylinder wall is scientific and rational, which is also adjustable and can be replaced after limit wear. The key components of the cylinder shell, chain- wheel, cover are all made by imported high-quality high temperature resist low- carbon alloys; the high-temperature creep resistance can assure the working precision after a long-term operation. Dynamic configuration selects the imported high-quality direct-driven motor which owns a stable and reliable performance.
