Evaluation and Audit
The evaluation and the audit of a potential supplier. For this study Cowin Services has developed a special tool for grading suppliers. The tool addresses five areas; company, quality, environment, work place, social according to international standards as ISO 9001, 14001, TS1649, PPAP, QS-9000, Social Act 8000 and International Labour Organisation. The evaluations are conducted by a dedicated department consisting of Supplier Auditors. The complete integrated tool consists of 295 questions.
Agreement
A supplier that has passed the grading with an acceptable result will be given a test order of a sample. If the finished product matches the demands of our client, an agreement is concluded with Cowin Services and a certificate is given to the supplier. In this agreement the supplier will agree to work according to the rules Cowin Servicesa?? a??Code of Conducta??. The supplier also agrees to inspections without prior warning.
