Compression processing function
l Support 1 channels video signal, support real time 30 F/S FULL D1(NTSC:30 F/S，PAL:25 F/S) resolution independent compression. The video compression uses MPEG4 and H264 compression standard, supporting bit rate and frame rate adjusting.
l Support FULL D1（PAL:720*576, NTSC:720*480）、CIF（PAL:352*288, NTSC:352*240）、QCIF（PAL:176*144, NTSC:176*120）、HALF-D1（PAL:720*288, NTSC:720*240）resolution
l Support OSD, date/time display position and gray scale setting, data/time automatic display
l Support LOGO display and video mask. LOGO and video mask position can be displayed on any place in image
