Supercritical CO2 Extraction Machine  -------1L~3000L

●   Macine advanced desinging
1) Continuous process of extraction
Instead of adopting the method of extracting discontinuously, it working in a continuous way. This instrument is more effective then ever before(1times higher).
2) Automatically Loading and un-Loading material
The process of loading and unloading material is from the bottom of the instrument into extraction kettle which totally controlled by computer. Instead, before the apparatus was improved, workers had to climb up the top of the kettle to tear down the bolt in the kettle, then carry the store kettle and place it into vessel—this is really a clumsy and not safe way.
3) Accurate extraction pressure and separation pressure
CO2  injection pump controlled by computer traces the extraction pressure automatically  in a way of frequency modulation, and the separation pressure is controlled automatically by pressure adjustment , which make the precision of extraction pressure and separation pressure be controlled in a steady condition required. In this way, high purified substance extracted could be yielded.
4) High efficiency of CO2 recovery and usage of CO2 .
The loop designed in the instrument utilizes CO2 circularly, which reduces the release of CO2 greatly. (without the circular loop, the measure of pressure balance is adopted after test finished, which lead to a mount of COlost .The pressure ranges from 6 MPa to 8MPa when gas is released, and with a big noise, it will last for a long time in this process)
A new method of fluid spreading around adopted makes the fluid (CO2) contact  with solute evenly, which speeds solution, reduces time of extraction greatly, and increases production ultimately.
5)Friendly design
The instrument is controlled by computer which adopts man-machine conversation and voice indication. With multiple pressure protection, temperature protection and safety light screen protection, the instrument could prevent operators from hurt effectively. Operators will operate the instrument in a friendly condition.
6)    High-end soft ware operating system.
Each SFE machine owned it's single operating system. It can be mostly fit for client operating envirnment according to client actual situation. To keep whole operating plate more easy, more convenient, more benefit.

1) No requirement on materials whatever you put it into extracting tank.
Whatever solid, powder, liquid form materials you choose. Mostly save producing cost in machine choosing. It will be avoid Frozen drying machine additionally.
2) Lower electric power consumption.
Gernerally speaking, power will be one of producing cost. This machine can mostly save power waste, more and more save the producing cost, I.E. 24L X 2 SFE machine, it's theoretic total producing power is 45KW/Hour, but after expert testing and checking, it's virtual electric power consumption is 18KW/Hour. It is much lower than 45 KW/Hour.
3) Lower CO2 consumption
 CO2 recycling rate has been more than 98%, it's advanced desing to keep CO2 waste lower and lower.
4) Equipment utilizational rate can be achieved 75%.
