Dry strength agent
Papermaking cationic dry strength agent
Product code: LYPP-312
CAS NO.:26590-05-6
Molecular formula:(C8H16NCl)n(C3H5NO)n’
Appearance:Colorless to slight yellow viscose liquid
Solid content: 20%
pH (10% water solution): 4.0-7.0
Viscosity(25℃),cps10000-20000
Application: This product is used as kinds of paper pulp treatment for instance wood pulp or secondary fiber. Wet strength will be obtained if it responded with glyoxal no further heating maturation when it is dry in the paper machine, at the same time dry strength will be enhanced, and it is advantageous to dehydration and dry of the wet paper base friction materials, easy to process the corrugation. Because wet strength is temporary, so damages paper is easy to become into pulp on special treatment. Also used to role in papermaking clear water’s CODcr elimination rate.
Papermaking amphoteric dry strength agent
Product code: LYPP-317
Alias:Dimethyldiallylammonium chloride, acrylic acid and acrylamide copolymer
Appearance: colorless to slightly turbid viscose
Solid content: 20%
pH (10% water solution): 3.5-5.0
Viscosity(25℃),cps: 5000-15000
Property: This product is amphoteric polymer, appearance is colorless to slightly turbid viscose, greatly enhance the strength of the paper, and good retention performance, reduce Whitewater COD and raw material costs. Adaptability is very well in different pH papermaking system, broader application. Anionic and cationic degree of products are adjustable, can be used in all kinds of papermaking environment and to product various kinds paper.
Conductive additives
Papermaking cationic conductive additives
Product code: LYPP-314
CAS NO.: 26062-79-3
Appearance: Colorless to slight yellow viscose liquid
Solid content: 35%
pH (10% water solution): 5.0-7.0
Viscosity(25℃),cps: 200-400
Application: Used as a paper-based conductive agent for electronic photo paper, zinc oxide electrostatic photocopying paper or other same type special processing. Adding it before papermaking can enhance retention rate of fiber and padding, and reduce turbidity of the papermaking sewage.
