Specifications

For producing F/R polyester chips, through condensation polymer of phosphorus reaction type of F/R additive and PTA and EG, the fire retardant molecule radical is polymerized in the molecule chain. The chips produced thereof are innocuous, free of erosion and owns long-term F/R ability as well as good heat stability and ease for weaving. They can be used for spinning of filament and staple fibers in all specifications. The LOI of fabrics produced and dyed thereof can reach as high as 33.0~40%.
