Manufacturing process:

The process of making Laundry bar starts with the mixing of the ingredients. Then the mixed material enters in the machine where thin sheets are made. Then the sheets converted into bars and cut in to the desire shape & size. The cut bars gets pack by packing machine.

LH-31: Triple Roll Mill

      Used for converting the material into thin sheets.

LH-44: Simplex Plodder Machine

      Used for molding the thin sheets into bar of required shape.

LH-55: Automatic Cutting & Stamping Machine

      Used for cutting and stamping of detergent bars into desired size

LX-141: Laundry bar pillow packing machine

      Used for packing Laundry bar in pillow pack.
