1. Briefing
SY-3000 III FRP pipe hydraulic testing machine is the newest special equipmnet for inspecting the leakage of FRP pipe, which is researched and developed independently by our company. Its characteristics are as follows: reasonable structure, convenient operation, high efficiency and wide range of suitable diameter. It has won customers’ high favour widely among FRP industry.

3. Main components
3.1 SY-3000 hydraulic testing machine is composed of water supply system, hydraulic system, machine body of pressure testing, spigot and socket of pressure testing and electrical cabinet.
3.2 Water supply system consists of one set of spantaneous imbibition charging pump (150ZX180-15), onet set of electric pressure testing pump(4D-SY100/10) and relevant assorted pipelines.
3.3 Hydraulic system is made up of hydraulic power station, two sets of double-acting hydraulic cylinder (P=16MPa L=950), six sets of single-acting hydraulic cylinder (P=16MPa L=1500, the diameter of different rating sleeves are : 150/125/100/80/60 mm) and relevant assorted pipelines.
3.4 Machine body of pressure testing mainly includes upper longitudinal beam, bottom longigudinal beam, wall plate, movable plate of spigot and socket , assembly of supporting rod, supporting tray and fork bracket.

4.Installation
4.1 The cement foundation shall be cast in compliance with the drawing provided by our company.
4.2 Lift the components of pressure testing machine on the cement foundation and assemble water supply system, hydraulic system and circuit in accordance with assembly drawing of pressure testing machine provided by our company .

5. Operation
5.1 Fill up the cistern or reservior;
5.2 The end enclosure of spigot and socket shall be fixed _disibledevent="0">0”position through hydraulic cylinder.
5.3 Push pressure testing pipe on the supporting tray; adjust it to the central height through six sets of single-acting hydraulic cylinder.
5.4 Push anti-thrust disc on the double ends concurrently through hydraulic cylinder to make spigot-socket and pressure testing pipe jointed well; then push the strained lead screw to longitudinal position; adjust and make the lead screw pushed on anti-thrust disc evenly.
5.5 Start centrifugal pump of clean water to supply water; when water column occurs in air bleed valve which means water has been filled up fully; then switch off air bleed valve and stop water supplying of centrifugal pump; switch off water supplying valve and switch on pressurizing valve; finally start electric pressure testing pump to test the pressure.
5.6 Look at bearing pressure value of the pressure testing pipe through pressure gauge on the cross joint; press “stop press pump” button when the value is below the set pressure testing value.
5.7 Maintain the pressure for at least 120 seconds; then swtich on the valve to dischagrge the pressure to normal state; meanwhile pull the spigot and socket out through hydraulic cylinder and give off remaining water in pressure testing pipe.
5.8 Drop the pipe to horizontal position through hydraulic cylinder and remove the pipe from the pipe support to complete the pressure testing.
