Boat frames are reinforced with high modulus carbon fiber. Cured with high performance Aerospace grade epoxy resin. Vacuumed using the aerospace techniques which makes sure complete bonding between skins and sandwich core. The combining of Kevlar, Carbon and epoxy makes a tear and impact resistance of the outer skin like scientist is doing on all modern aero places.
