when batteries are charging, it can open the balance function to balance the voltage of a battery with a high voltage and can make each of all batteries to get a balance in the maximum extent.
Our BMS(Battery Management System) consists of some modules. Each module can control 5 to 13 units of battery. All of them will get coordination from a host computer, so as to control and manage the whole batteries.
System Function Brief:
1. Capable of monitoring the voltage of each battery, the voltage of battery module and the voltage of the whole batteries in the same time.
2. Capable of monitoring the battery charge and discharge current, and has a protection of short-circuit and overloading.
3. It can automatically identify and monitor the voltage of one battery in charging and discharging, and can measure the internal temperature of an entire battereis, and it can prevent a battery from overcharging, over-discharging, overloading, short-current, overheating.
4. When batteries are charging, it can open the balance function to balance the voltage of a battery with a high voltage and can make each of all batteries to get a balance in the maximum extent.
5. You can choose standard BUS connector such as RS485, CAN
6. It can be expanded to manage any of the dozens or hundreds and even more of batteries.
