The powder is made of food—class modified starch or malt dextrin and Microalgal DHA oil with modern embedding technology. It can be applied to infant milk formula, rice powder, and as additives of other cereal products. The product satisfies the criteria set by FAO/WHO on infant fatty acid foods (i.e., DHA/EPA≥10).
