  Application

The line is suit for tinplating、caluminum plating of oiled material 、roll smoothing、high accuracy waveform shearing 、blanking。It is important equipment in making iron tank  and cover that reduce loss of  tinplate or aluminum sheet and production cost。

Construction

  It consists of full-automatic decoiler, hydraulic charge hoist, leveler, roller conveyor, scroll plate shearing machine, belt conveyer, material receiving machine and electric control cabinet.

German AC servo drive system such as product of Siemens or AB is adopted as electric control components, which gives the machine the features such as accuracy of gauge, good shearing quality, and high production efficiency.
