1、Japanese SKD11 material. with hardness between 63 and 67 HRC,has good abrasion resistance ,impact resistance and is not easily transformed;

2、The prlduct adopts Japanese imported high precision guide pin and guide bushing,ensuring the minute clearance of die and long lifetime of key components;

3、The company has many senior engineer of die and the structure of die is design elaborately,which ensures the rationality  and stableness of the die while shearing at  high speed;

4、To overcome the problem that aluminum powders sticks to blade in aluminum plating shearing ,the senior engineers of the company developed a type of scroll shearing die and solved the problem which interferes with the aluminum plate;  

5、The clearance between the blades of upper die and lower die is from 0.005 to 0.01mm;

6、The cutting frequency of the die is 200times per minute;

7、The lifetime of single die blade is more 300 million times

8、 The burrs of cut products is lower than 0.02mm.
