Focusun Containerized Plate Ice Machine
Features of Containerized Plate Ice Making Machine
1. The plant is installed in an insulated 40-foot hi-cube ISO container and operated with refrigerant R717 (NH3, Ammonia).
2. The ice maker is of a conventional design, producing plate ice in thickness between 3 and 10 mm as desired.
3. The ice is discharged from the side of the ice maker and drops into a storage bin below - another insulated 40-foot hi-cube ISO container - through a hole in the floor.
4. The compressor (single stage, reciprocating) is primed with a diesel engine (Mercedes Benz, Cummins or equivalent) over a V-belt drive. The engine drives an alternator off the front end to generate power for all auxiliary motors in the plant and for lighting. Heat is rejected through a plate heat exchanger and a vertical induced draft cooling tower
