The principle of ultrasonic cutting machine is totally different with the traditional cutting machine. It is use for ultrasonic energy will make part of cutting material heating and melting, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting material. So ultrasonic cutting machine neither need the sharp knife-edge, nor need a lot of pressure, and also will not make the cutting material edge collapse or damaged. At the same time, for the cutter is doing ultrasonic vibration, frictional resistance in particular small, the cutting material is difficult to paste on the blade. It is particularly effective for the viscous and elastic material, frozen material(food, rubber etc), and inconvenience to increase pressure on the cutting objects.

Ultrasonic cutting have another advantage is that when it cutting, the cutting parts have the role of fusion. The cutting edge parts parts is perfect, and to prevent the cutting material being cut loose organization(such as textile material flsah).
