Brown fused alumina shows brown color, with high hardness, great toughness and high temperature resistance. It is fused in an electric furnace from a mixture of bauxite and coke at high temperature.

Applications:

It is widely used as a raw material in refractory, grinding wheels, blasting media metal preparation, polishing and hundreds of other applications.
