LKV391 All video-to-HDMI Scaler & Switcher  up-scales Component Video,(YPbPr), Composite video, SCART, S-video, VGA (with Audio) to HDMI 1080p and switch between the above signals to be output to 1 HDMI port. HDMI 1.3 and HDCP compliant.
