CCD Color Sorter
Based on the multi-module parallel processing structure, SS-B_C CCD color sorter has adopted latest CCD sensor, advanced optical sorting cabinet, tailor-made high speed mini-ejector system, instant video frequency control algorithm and reliable network transmission protocol. Sorting result index of the machine has been greatly improved. Touch panel display offers a friendly and informative interface.
Apart from providing the normal sorting functions, the machine features largely in the following points:
1. Advanced channel-balance and self-adapting calibration algorithm are used to achieve a better sorting result and higher stability in performance.
2. Special optical system; flexible sorting modes setting available for different raw material at user's disposal; exceptionally good in simultaneously sorting of yellow and milky grain.
3. The application of dual sensibility ensure not only the effective sorting of black dots, but also the elimination of pale yellow and defects.
4. Offers a friendly, convenient and flexible operating interface.
